Julie Arhelger, of Rochester Receives Scholarship from the University of Minnesota, Morris

Julie Arhelger, of Rochester is one of many students to receive scholarships from the University of Minnesota, Morris for the 2014-15 academic year. Arhelger is the recipient of the Phi Mu Delta Scholarship.

UMM Phi Mu Delta alumni endowed this scholarship in 2004. It is awarded to juniors or seniors who demonstrate Phi Mu Deltas ÐThree S PhilosophyÓ of service, scholarship, and social contributions. Preference is given to legacy students whose parents or grandparents attended UMM or the University of Minnesota West Central School of Agriculture.

Arhelger will graduate from Morris in 2015 as a member of the honors program with a degree in English with a minor in communication, media, & rhetoric.

On November 22, 2014, more than 300 donors, scholarship recipients, and family members attended the annual Scholarship Jubilee, a celebration to honor Morris's generous scholarship donors and talented scholarship recipients.
