Jacob Borash Receives Scholarship From The University Of Minnesota, Morris

Jacob Borash, Harris, is one of many students to receive scholarships from the University of Minnesota, Morris for the 2011–12 academic year. Borash is the recipient of the UMM Alumni Association First-Year Academic Scholarship.

Many UMM alumni make contributions to the Scholarship Fund through Alumni Annual Giving. Through their collective efforts, they have made it possible for first-year students to receive scholarships based on academic merit.

Borash, will graduate from Morris in 2015 with a major in computer science and sports management.

More than 220 donors, scholarship recipients and family members attended the annual Scholarship Jubilee on October 8, a celebration to honor Morris's generous scholarship donors and talented scholarship recipients.
