The University of Minnesota, Morris men's cross country wrapped up a successful season with a runner-up finish at the 2010 Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC) Championship meet.

The Cougar men tallied 69 total points, behind only champion St. Scholastica, which had just 42. The champion Saints, and Cougars, each finished with a trio of top-10 runners–North Central with 79 points, Bethany Lutheran with 107, and Martin Luther with 115, completed the top-five teams. In the eight-meter course there were 90 total competitors. The top-five Cougars finished in the top-26.

Bryce Blankenfeld, Bemidji, and the Cougars opened the season with a fifth place finish at the St. John's Invite, beating four UMAC opponents in the process. In their next race they took aim at the Roy Griak Invite on the University of Minnesota Twin Cities campus, the largest such event in the country. Thee, the Cougars placed 21st, and were the highest placing UMAC team. The Cougars closed the season with a pair of third place finishes at the Jimmie Invite and Storm Invite, respectively.

The Cougars' wrapped up their season, after the UMAC Championship meet, with the Fall Finale and the NCAA Regionals.
