Amanda Deppe of Waseca Receives Honors and Awards at the University of Minnesota, Morris

Amanda Deppe, of Waseca, is a recipient of the Lois P. Hodgell Printmaking Award from Morris.

The Lois P. Hodgell Printmaking Award is in honor of Lois P. Hodgell, professor of art at the University of Minnesota, Morris from 1962 until her retirement in 1993. The award recipient must show outstanding achievement in printmaking. The award is presented annually to a student who demonstrates creative potential in the field as well as a technical understanding of a variety of print processes.

Students were recognized in a special Honors and Award Ceremony on Friday, May 9, 2014, at the Morris Campus.
